Provence»
Provence is a region of southeastern
France at the Mediterranean coast, with a border to Italy. The name comes
from that it was the first Roman province outside of Italy. There are
still many remains from the Roman era (2nd century BC to 5th century
AD) in form of bridges, aqueducts, fortresses and arenas.
